We understand the value of insurance benefits to our patients so we take pleasure in helping maximize your insurance benefit by submitting your claims. An insurance company will rarely cover an entire bill though. However, we will do our best to estimate your deductible and the portion that will be covered by your insurance carrier.
The entire fee for services provided is your direct responsibility. This includes any non-covered services, deductibles, or co-payments that are particular to your insurance plan. We just ask that you be aware of your financial responsibilities under the terms of your policy. If we haven’t received your insurance carrier’s payment 90 days after the claim, then the remaining balance will be due and payable by you and subject to 18% APR.
